To enter Palau, fully vaccinated travelers must present a negative COVID RT-PCR test taken within 3 days of flight departure. There is a further requirement for visitors to stay at a Pandemic Certified establishment for the first five days upon arrival, so ensure that your chosen accommodation/liveaboard fulfils this requirement.
