Palancar Reef: Palancar is a series of reefs located on the southern coast of Cozumel. The reef's distinctive formations include pinnacles, tunnels, and swim-throughs. Palancar Reef is an excellent spot for all levels of divers and is home to an abundance of marine life, including sea turtles, rays, and various species of fish.
Santa Rosa Wall: Located in the Cozumel Marine Park, Santa Rosa Wall is a popular dive site for intermediate and advanced divers. The wall drops off to depths of up to 90 feet (27 meters) and is adorned with a stunning variety of coral and sponges. Divers can expect to see schools of jacks, barracudas, and reef sharks.
Punta Sur: Punta Sur is a dive site located at the southern tip of Cozumel. With strong currents, it is a challenging site for advanced divers. The site features unique topography, and divers can expect to see a wide variety of marine life, including eagle rays, groupers, and moray eels.
Columbia Deep: Columbia Deep is a dive site located on the southwest coast of Cozumel. It is an excellent spot for all levels of divers and features huge coral formations and pinnacles. Divers can expect to see sea turtles, nurse sharks, and a variety of tropical fish.
Tormentos Reef: Tormentos Reef is located on the northwestern coast of Cozumel and is an excellent spot for beginner divers. The reef features a series of shallow coral formations and is home to an abundance of marine life, including lobsters, crabs, and seahorses.
Cozumel offers some of the world's best diving opportunities, with its stunning coral reefs and diverse marine life.
